One Family Meeting includes:
Family Interview prior to scheduling first family meeting
Cool Family Solutions Strength-Based Assessment completed by each family member participating in the Meetings
Review the Cool Family Solutions Strength-Based Assessment and how to use the assessment to identify, build on and utilize the unique strengths, abilities and resilience to manage life challenges and improve overall health.
2- hour session that focuses on the family relationships, challenges and strategizing how to manage the challenging times
Establish a set of guidelines for the family to work on the determined challenge area(s) at home
Follow-up session to check in to see what is happening: successes, challenges and the next steps
1 Interim Assessment for participating members and 1 hour session
