Mona Cooley

I was inspired to help families over 20 years ago when my daughter was diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder.  I can clearly remember her telling me to stop telling her what to do and to help her find a solution.  That was the message I needed  to hear in order to start helping her more effectively.  It has been a journey of passion and to date I have helped hundreds of individuals and families navigate through some of their toughest challenges.  I approach each situation with compassion and an understanding of how hard these circumstances can be.  I look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you and your family.

CEO Founder

Julie McLennan

I am a Mental Health Clinician who has a Master’s Degree in Vulnerable Populations from Gonzaga University and a Psychology Undergrad from Queen's.  I see  the therapeutic relationship as a partnership working towards improved quality of life as defined by the client or family.  When it comes to families, honest but kind communication with each other is key.  If any member does not feel free to express 'their truth', the whole family will be compromised.  While working with me you can expect me to utilize these approaches with your family.
